Apple will replace the back glass for $29.00. Replacing it yourself will void any remaining warranty on your device. Don't do it..
So if I get the back and take it to them, would they replace it for that fee and keep my warranty in contact?
No. Bring your phone in to Apple. Apple will provide the back glass. Glass + labor = $29
had the same question, just posted it. Will APPLE use the housing I bring to them? or do they have to use theirs? I want to replace mine with a colored housing..
if your warnety is expired its ok to fix it yourself but whats the point of having apple care if it costs to fix your paying for apple care so you can get it repaired they shouldnt be charging you
